Ring Sizing Guide

It's important to follow your heart, but more importantly, follow the instructions to achieve a more accurate ring sizing.

Finding the perfect ring size is just as important as choosing the design itself. A ring should feel comfortable—secure on your finger without being too tight, and easy to remove without worry. At LivLov Jewelry, we understand that sizing can feel a little daunting, so we’ve created a simple guide to help you find your best fit.

Use Our Printable Ring Sizing Chart

The easiest way to measure at home is with our printable ring sizing guide. You can:

  1. Print the chart at 100% scale (be sure your printer settings are not set to “fit to page”).
  2. Place a ring you already own over the circles to find the closest match. If the ring falls between two sizes, order the larger size.
  3. If you don’t have a ring to compare, cut out the measuring strip on the chart and wrap it around your finger to read the size.

Jeweler’s Advice

From years at the bench, I always recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day, when it’s at its largest. Fingers can swell slightly with heat, salt, or even after a workout. A ring that fits perfectly in the morning might feel snug later in the day.

Keep in mind:

  • Width matters – Wider bands fit more snugly than slim bands, so you may need to go up half a size if the band is wider than 4mm.
  • Temperature affects fit – Cold fingers shrink, warm fingers swell. Aim for a balance between the two.
  • Comfort is key – The right size should glide over your knuckle without force and sit securely at the base of your finger.

Still Unsure?

If you’re between sizes or purchasing a surprise gift, I recommend choosing the larger size—it’s easier to resize down than up. And of course, if you’d like a more precise measurement, make an appointment with us for a more reliable option.
