Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
Bespoke, engraved, and made-to-order pieces (including fingerprint pendants, wax seal pieces, and custom bridal jewelry):
These are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund. Because each piece is handmade to your specifications, please consider the design terms carefully before we begin production.
Resizing: Bridal and engagement rings are eligible for one complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery if needed. Resizing outside this window is available for a fee of $120.
