Shipping Information

Delivery is made through SingPost always, unless you have a special request for using other delivery companies such as FedEx or DHL. 

Local Delivery

Most of our deliveries within Singapore are made with Registered Postage, expect a minimum of 2 to 3 working days for your order to reach you. Tracking numbers will be provided on certain items ordered from our web store.

International Shipping

SingPost shipping usually takes 4 to 6 working days to your destination country, and it can take a total of 2 to 3 weeks to reach you from delivery date depending on the efficiency of your local postal office.

All packages are only trackable until it has reached the destination country.

Insuring your package can be done for an additional fee, in which, we will have to check with the postal company to ensure that you'll be paying for the right amount.

We cannot be liable for any customs duties or fees should there be any in your destination country. With that, please check with your local customs or postal office to know what you have to or don't have to pay for!

Online Returns

We always ensure the quality of the product, the product is only shipped after it is ensured to be free from any defect, and it is made to the order requirements in terms of size, colour, materials. Our items are made one-of-a-kind, any inclusions are not deemed defective as they signify our handmade process through extreme heating conditions and various forging methods.

All returns must be assessed, please email to hello@livlovjewelry.com if you have doubts about your purchase.

If a return is necessary, they shall be eligible for refunds within 14 days of delivery receipt as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. Returns may also be subjected to restocking and/or admin fees which customer will be responsible for.

Kindly note that we have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We greatly recommend shipping your returns through UPS or FedEx. Lost packages are not within our liability and we will not be able to issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
