When will my items ship?
If you've placed an order for our online collection, your order may take 1 to 3 weeks to fulfill. As all jewelry pieces are hand made to order, shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. You'll receive a shipping notification as soon as your order has been despatched for delivery.
If you are ordering our jewelry as a gift and need it by a certain date, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Can you rush my order?

Can you do custom work?
Where I can try on your rings? Do you have a range of wedding ring examples for viewing?
Our online collection can be tried on at our studio. You can also view our small selection of gemstones in person if you'd like to make customisation to your pieces.
I do not have much wedding pieces on hand for viewing as these bespoke designs are individually handmade to order. Should you have a particular piece in mind that you'd like to try on, contact me via email for an appointment and I will be able to advise you on the availability.
What metals do you usually work with?
I work with most precious metals: sterling silver, white gold, yellow gold and rose gold.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. Graded diamonds also come with GIA certification.
Can I supply my own gemstones or diamonds for a custom design?
At this point I am unable to accept stones that you provide or source as I will not undertake responsibility for breakage or damage of the stone that is being worked with. If there is a specific type of gemstone that you're looking for, feel free to contact me for more information.
Do you accept returns?
Goods sold are non-refundable. All jewelry pieces are made to order therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.
Can you repair my jewelry piece?
I can repair your livlov pieces if damage was made under normal wear in the first six months after purchase. If your livlov piece is in a way damaged due to improper care or from something other than normal wear, it can be repaired at a fee. Please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Repair requests should be made and assessed prior to making the return.
I bought the wrong size, is resizing available?
If you're unsure of your size, please order a ring sizer prior to placing an order. This will help to avoid delays and unnecessary resizing. Not all pieces can be resized. If resizing is required, it shall be done at a fee, this fee starts from $30 onwards depending on the design requirements. Please note that return shipping costs are not included. Requests for resizing should be made and assessed prior to making the return.
